Texas Tree Service is fully insured for up to $5 million in property damage. While we take every precaution to avoid any damage to your property, Texas Tree Service is not responsible for damage to structures, landscaping, or underground utilities that are not clearly marked or communicated in advance. In the event of an accident or damage, we will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made after this period may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.
